Welcome to SlotGames-App. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and SlotGames-App ("the Platform", "we", "us"). The Platform operates under an international gaming licence and offers a range of real-money products to registered users, including slot games, live casino tables, poker, sports betting and the Aviator crash game.

By accessing any page of this website, registering an account, making a deposit or placing a wager of any kind — including on slot games — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them. The Platform performs age and identity verification at the withdrawal stage. You may be asked to submit a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or equivalent government-issued identification. Failure to complete verification will result in withdrawals being held until the process is complete. Deposits made before verification is triggered are not refundable in the event that verification fails.

Each individual player is entitled to register one account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different names — is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being closed and any balances forfeited. This rule applies across all Platform products, including slot games, sports betting and poker.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. This includes your full name as it appears on your CNIC, your date of birth, a valid mobile number in Pakistan and a functional email address. You must keep this information current and notify us immediately if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. The Platform will never ask you for your password via email, chat or telephone. Any activity that occurs on your account — including all slot games bets, deposits and withdrawals — is your responsibility. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately. The Platform is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access due to your failure to protect your credentials.

The Platform reserves the right to suspend or close any account that it reasonably believes is being operated fraudulently, in violation of these Terms, or in a manner that is harmful to other players or the integrity of the Platform's games — including its slot games and live casino products.

All transactions on SlotGames-App are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversion fees. The Platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods:

• Minimum deposit: Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit, though large deposits may trigger enhanced verification checks.
• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500 for Easypaisa and JazzCash; Rs 1,000 for bank IBFT. Withdrawal fees are zero — what you win is what you receive.
• Withdrawal processing: Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are processed within minutes for verified accounts. IBFT transfers may take up to 24 hours depending on your bank. Card withdrawals follow standard card processing timescales.
• Withdrawals to the same method: Winnings, including slot games jackpots and sports bet payouts, are paid out to the same method used for the relevant deposit wherever technically possible, as an anti-fraud measure.

The Platform reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal request it considers unusual. Failure to provide requested documents within seven calendar days will result in the withdrawal request being cancelled and the funds returning to your account balance.

SlotGames-App offers bonuses and promotions from time to time, including but not limited to the 200% welcome deposit bonus for new players. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount must be wagered across eligible products — including slot games — before a withdrawal can be processed.

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance. Real-money funds are always wagered first, before any bonus balance.
• Maximum bet while a bonus is active is Rs 2,000 per spin or stake on slot games or any other product. Bets exceeding this limit while bonus funds are active may result in the bonus being voided.
• Only one active bonus per account at any time. You cannot stack bonuses unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses that have not been wagered within their stated expiry period will be removed from your account automatically. The real-money balance, if any, remains unaffected.
• The Platform reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time. Players with active wagering requirements at the time of a promotion change will have their requirements honoured under the original terms.

All slot games available on SlotGames-App operate using certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and verified by accredited testing laboratories. Each spin outcome is completely independent of all previous spins. The Platform does not influence outcomes, and no action by the player can affect the result of any spin.

Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent the long-term statistical average for each slot game. They are calculated over millions of spins and do not indicate or guarantee results for any individual session or player. Actual results in any given session may vary significantly from the stated RTP, in both directions.

• Minimum bet per spin on slot games is Rs 10. Maximum bet per spin depends on the individual slot game and is displayed in the game's settings panel before each session.
• In the event of a disconnection during a slot games spin, the spin will be completed on the server and the result recorded. The outcome will be reflected in your account balance when you reconnect. No spin is lost due to a connection issue on the player's side.
• If a technical fault causes a slot game to display an incorrect payout or an impossible outcome, the Platform reserves the right to void the relevant spin and return the stake to the player's balance. This applies regardless of the amount displayed.
• Progressive jackpot slot games accumulate a jackpot pool funded by a small percentage of each spin. Jackpot wins are credited in full to the player's PKR balance and are subject to standard withdrawal terms.
• Autoplay functionality on slot games is permitted but is subject to the active bonus maximum bet limit of Rs 2,000 per spin when a bonus is active.

The Platform reserves the right to remove any slot game from the lobby at any time, including for technical, licensing or compliance reasons. Players with active free spins on a removed slot game will have those free spins voided and no compensation will be issued. Real-money balances are not affected by game removals.

Sports betting on SlotGames-App covers cricket (including PSL), football, tennis, basketball, kabaddi, snooker and e-sports, among other competitions. Pre-match, in-play and accumulator bets are all available. The following rules apply to all sports wagers placed on the Platform.

• All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds may change between the time you select a market and the time your bet is submitted — if this occurs, you will be notified and given the option to accept the new odds or cancel the bet.
• In-play bets are accepted on a best-efforts basis. The Platform reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time, including during exceptional match events. Bets placed before a suspension are honoured; bets submitted after a suspension begins will be voided and stakes returned.
• In the event that a match is abandoned before reaching the minimum number of overs or minutes required for a result to stand, pre-match bets will be voided and stakes returned. Settlement rules for specific events follow the official governing body's result.
• Accumulator bets require all selections to win. One void selection will reduce the accumulator to the next fold down (a four-fold with one void becomes a treble). One losing selection collapses the entire accumulator and the stake is lost.
• Maximum payout per bet — including accumulator winnings — is Rs 1,00,00,000 (Rs 1 Crore). Any bet whose calculated return exceeds this amount will be paid out at the maximum.

Live casino products — including live baccarat, roulette and blackjack — are operated by third-party studio providers under their own valid gaming licences. The results of live games are determined by physical dealing, spinning and rolling actions carried out by trained live dealers and are recorded on camera. The Platform displays these results in real time but does not control or influence them.

The poker room operates on a real-money PKR basis. The following specific rules apply:

• Chip dumping — the deliberate transfer of chips from one account to another through intentional loss — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent bans for all accounts involved.
• Players may not use external software tools, bots or automated decision-making assistance of any kind during poker play. The Platform uses detection software to identify non-human play patterns.
• Tournament entries are non-refundable once the tournament has begun. Late registration periods, re-entry options and re-buy rules are specific to each tournament and are published in the tournament lobby before registration.
• In the event of a disconnection during a poker hand, the Platform's disconnect protection rules apply. A disconnected player will be automatically folded after a standard timebank period. Blinds are not refunded for disconnected players.

SlotGames-App is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all products — including slot games, sports betting, live casino and Aviator. The following tools are available to all registered players and can be accessed from the account settings panel at any time:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum duration for any single gaming session. You will receive a warning when your limit is approaching and will be logged out when it is reached.
• Loss limits: Set a maximum loss threshold per day, week or month across all products including slot games. Once the limit is reached, no further wagers can be placed until the period resets.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on SlotGames-App and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of funds:

• Opening more than one account per person, household or device.
• Using software, scripts or bots to automate gameplay on slot games, poker or any other product.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or suspected error are void and will be reclaimed.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargeback fraud, bonus abuse through multiple accounts, or false identity documentation.
• Attempting to launder money through the Platform. All accounts are subject to ongoing AML monitoring and suspicious activity is reported to relevant authorities without prior notice.
• Harassment, abusive language or threatening behaviour directed at support staff, live dealers or other players in any chat facility on the Platform.
• Sharing account access with any other person, including family members. Each account must be used exclusively by the registered account holder.

All content on SlotGames-App — including the platform name, logo, interface design, written content, graphics, game displays and any software underlying the slot games or other products — is the intellectual property of SlotGames-App or its licensed third-party providers. No part of this content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from the Platform.

Individual slot game graphics, sounds and mechanics are the intellectual property of their respective game development studios and are licensed to the Platform for the purpose of offering those games to registered players. Players may not record, stream or distribute gameplay footage for commercial gain without written authorisation from both the Platform and the relevant game provider.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SlotGames-App shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including from playing slot games or any other product, whether or not the Platform was advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Platform's total liability to any individual player in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform does not warrant that the site will be continuously available, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible. The Platform is not liable for losses incurred during unplanned downtime, including winnings from slot games spins that were in progress at the time of an outage — though in such cases the Platform will make all reasonable efforts to honour results that were determined before the interruption.

SlotGames-App reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players by email and via an in-platform notification at least seven days before the changes take effect. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date at the top.

Continued use of the Platform — including playing slot games, placing sports bets or any other activity — after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must stop using the Platform and may request the withdrawal of your available balance subject to standard verification requirements.

Changes to bonus terms for promotions that are already active at the time of a Terms update will be applied on a going-forward basis only. Your active wagering requirements will be honoured under the terms that were in place when you accepted the relevant bonus.
